Sausage Stove Top Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. breakfast sausage | ||
| Spaghetti | 4 Ounce, uncooked | |
| Onion | 1/2 Medium, diced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 20 Ounce | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cut sausages into 1/2 inch pieces, fry until brown.
Drain fat.
Add all ingredients except cheese.
Add the spaghetti dry (not cooked).
Stir all to mix.
Cover and simmer until pasta is tender (about 30 minutes).
Add boiling water if necessary to keep moist.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
