Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre-heat the oven to 200C.

MAKING
2.In a bowl, put the garlic and then squeeze out the meat from the sausage cases into the same bowl.
3.Season with parsley, Worcester sauce and combine the mixture using your hands.
4.Flour the work surface, place the pastry on top and roll the pastry to about 1/2 a centimeter.
5.Now place the sausage meat on top of the rolled pastry and cut it to size.
6.Crack an egg into another bowl and beat it using fork.
7.Now with the sausage meat inside, cover the pastry edges using a cracked egg mixture as an adhesive.
8.Slice the sausage wrapped in the pastry sheet as per desirable size.
9.Lightly grease the baking tray and place the sausage rolls over it, use the rest of beaten egg to brush over the sausage roll before baking them.
10.Bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.

SERVING
11. Serve these sausage rolls with ketchup as a tea time snack.
