Sausage Ring With Tart Apple Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 packages bulk pork sausage | ||
| 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs | ||
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 medium size tart apple, peeled and finely chopped | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and fit into ring mold.
MICROWAVE 16 MINUTES on HIGH.
Turn out onto plate, MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on HIGH.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Fill center with scrambled egg.
