Sausage Parcels Recipe
Ingredients
| Basil leaves | 24 Large, washed | |
| 24 cocktail sausages | ||
| 6 oz/175 g Parma ham, cut into thin strips | ||
| Basil to garnish | ||
Directions
Preheat the oven to Gas 4, 350°F, 180°C.
Wrap a basil leaf around each sausage, and then a strip of Parma ham.
Place in a small roasting pan and bake for 25-30 mins until golden.
Garnish to serve.
