Sausage Parcels Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork sausages | 4 | |
| English mustard | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 50 Gram | |
| 2 streaky bacon rashers, derinded and halved | ||
Directions
Cook the sausages under a preheated medium grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Spread with mustard to taste.
Cut the cheese into 4 strips and press onto the sausages.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage.
Return to the grill and cook for a further 10 minutes, turning once.
