Sausage Meat Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound pork sausage meat | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 large or two medium onions | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 turkey liver | ||
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley and thyme | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
Directions
1. Put sausage meat in a bowl with chopped celery. Melt butter and fry finely chopped onion and turkey liver for 2-3 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
2. Then cut into small pieces and mix into sausage meat. Add chopped herbs and bread crumbs. Add a beaten egg to moisten and a little lemon juice, and stuff inside turkey. Sew up opening carefully.
