Sausage Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 12 smoked sausages, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , diced | |
| Mushrooms | 10 Ounce, drained | |
| Macaroni | 4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 3 Tablespoon, finley sliced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute sausages, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked macaroni, soy sauce and cream, and stir. Spoon mixture onto warmed plates and decorate with finely sliced green onions.
