Ingredients

 1 8-ounce package brown-and serve sausage links, halved
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Hominy1 16 Ounce, undrained
 1 6-ounce can evaporated milk or one
 2 1/2-ounce package sour cream sauce mix, prepared according to package directions
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

In skillet brown the sausage pieces. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Add onion and butter; cook till onion is tender but not brown.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Stir into sausage.
Add undrained hominy and evaporated milk or sour cream sauce.
Reduce heat (220°); cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add green pepper; cook till crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
