 3 cups onion and garlic croutons
 2 pounds fresh pork sausage, browned
 Cheddar Cheese3 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Layer croutons, browned pork sausage, and grated cheese in greased 9xl3-inch pan.
Combine eggs, milk, and salt.
Pour over crouton mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until set.
