Directions

First, mince olives. Cut Velveeta Cheese into chunks and place in a microwave plastic safe bowl. Inside that bowl also sprinkle a little bit of water. Cook and crumble sausage until well done in large pot. Drain off grease. Now, melt your cheese in the microwave for 8 minutes or so making sure to stir every couple minutes. Pour melted cheese into sausage. Then, add rest of ingredients. Stir all together until well blended over low to medium heat. Let simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Make sure to stir at times so cheese doesn't burn on the bottom of the pan. Heat thoroughly. Make sure when serving that the sausage dip is hot. Also, the dish in which you melt the cheese, make sure you soak that in soap and hot water right away. Cheese can be tough to clean when it sits too long! Serve sausage dip with chips.
