Beer Cooked Sausage & Veggies in a Bun Recipe Video
These sausages are made cooked in beer. Along with the flavor of other herbs and spices that make the dish interesting and appetizing. Enjoy Sausage, beer and bun.
|Sweet onion||1 Large, chopped and sliced|
|Bell peppers||2 , chopped (Red And Yellow)|
|Tomato||1 Large, diced|
|Jalapeno||1 , chopped|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Tomato relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Spicy)|
|Horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Grill or panfry the sausages. Cut the bite size and add to the pot along with their juices, add onion, bell peppers, tomato, jalapenos, tomato paste, tomato spicy relish, horseradish, dijon mustard, pepper, thyme sprigs. Now add beer enough to cover the ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer it for 3 hours. Remove thyme sprigs and serve it on a bun.
