Ingredients

 
Spicy Italian and bratwrust sausages
 
1 large sweet onion chopped and sliced
 
2 bell peppers (red and yellow) chopped
 
1 large tomato diced
 
Jalapeno chopped
 
6 oz tomato paste
 
1/2 c tomato spicy relish
 
1/4 c horseradish
 
1/4 c dijon mustard
 
1 tbsp pepper
 
2 thyme sprigs
 
Beer
 
Crusty bun

Directions

Grill or panfry the sausages. Cut the bite size and add to the pot along with their juices, add onion, bell peppers, tomato, jalapenos, tomato paste, tomato spicy relish, horseradish, dijon mustard, pepper, thyme sprigs. Now add beer enough to cover the ingredients. Stir and cover. Simmer it for 3 hours. Remove thyme sprigs and serve it on a bun.
