Sausage Bean Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Hot italian sausage | 1 pound | |
| Kidney beans - 2-14 ounce cans | ||
| Tomatoes - 2-15 ounce cans | ||
| Tomato juice or vegetable juice - 2-3 cups | ||
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Celery - 1 stalk, chopped | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Chicken soup powder - 2 teaspoon or bouillon cubes - 2 | ||
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme and chili powder - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

MAKING
1. In large pot combine all the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
SERVING
2. Remove the bay leaf and serve very hot.
