Sausage Au Vin Blanc Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 pound link sausage
 
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
 
1 grated carrot
 
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
 
1/2 cup consomme

Directions

Cook sausage until partially done to remove some of the fat.
Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes in a casserole.
Add sausage and bake in a 300° F.oven for about 45 minutes.
