Ingredients

 Pesto Spread
 Tomato1 Large
 Genoa salami6 Ounce, thinly sliced
 6 ounces thinly sliced ham cappicola
 6 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
 1 loaf (8 ounces) French bread, cut into 1/4 inch slices
 1 pound unpared cooked new potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
 4 ounces pea pods, trimmed, strings removed
 Red bell pepper1 To taste, cut into strips
 1 small zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
 Mushrooms4 Ounce, sliced
 Olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Prepare Pesto Spread.
Cut 1/2-inch slice from top of tomato; zigzag edge.
Scoop out pulp.
Fill tomato with Pesto Spread; place in center of large serving platter.
Arrange remaining ingredients around tomato.
