Sausage And Macaroni Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound sweet Italian-style turkey sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch-thick pieces | ||
| 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Canned tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), stewed | |
| 1 cup cooked elbow macaroni | ||
| Ketchup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each Dijon-style mustard and Worcestershire sauce | ||
Directions
1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine sausage and oil; microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine; microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
