This Sauerkraut recipe looks just perfect for my dinner ! I feel that purple cabbage only adds color to the foods served. Also, I would like to spice it up a bit :))

I think normal green cabbage works just fine. In fact i have never had purple cabbage sauerkraut before.. the best thing about sauerkraut is its versatility. i love it in my grilled veg sandwiches and burgers!

WOW ! This Sauerkraut does look very yummy. But I don't get purple cabbage out here. Will it taste good with the normal green cabbage as well ? Also I'd like to spice it up a bit. Can i use some chilli along with it? How will cheese inclusion be ?
