Saumon Au Four Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon, divided | |
| 1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks | ||
| 15 frozen artichoke hearts, cooked, halved | ||
| Juice of 1 large lemon | ||
| Cheese garlic package | 1 | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F Grease casserole dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
Arrange salmon steaks and artichoke hearts in dish; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter; pour over salmon and artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread Alouette® generously over salmon and artichokes; sprinkle with basil.
Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and cheese is melted.
