Saugeen Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 head shredded cabbage | ||
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 , sliced | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix vinegar, sugar, pepper, dry mustard, salt and oil in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Place vegetables in a large bowl and pour mixture over vegetables.
Mix well.
Will keep for one week.
