Sauerkraut Soup Recipe

| Onion | 6 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauerkraut | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Place the sausage and onion in a deep saucepan and saute over medium heat until sausage is cooked through.
Mix the flour, thyme and pepper together.
Stir the flour mixture into the sausage mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until flour begins to brown, stirring constantly.
Stir in the milk, half-and-half and undrained sauerkraut.
Cook until heated through.
