Sauerkraut And Apple Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Sauerkraut | 4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Apples | 2 , chopped | |
| 1 /2 c. apple brandy | ||
| Light brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine sauerkraut, apples, brandy, brown sugar and butter in skillet.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
Spoon sauerkraut mixture into serving dish.
Garnish with additional apple slices and parsley.
Serve with pork.
