Sauerkraut Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Sauerkraut | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 2 medium-sized apples, cored and finely diced | ||
| 1 onion, halved and then cot into thin slices | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill well before serving.
