 Pimentos1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Ripe olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 cup Bavaria sauerkraut, drained
 Potatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 lb. fried bacon, broken in small pieces
 Bacon fat4 Tablespoon (Dressing:)
 Water6 Tablespoon (Dressing:)
 Sugar9 Tablespoon (Dressing:)
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon (Dressing:)

Directions

Mix together salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing and bring to a boil in the skillet the bacon was fried in.
Pour over salad 1 hour before serving.
