Ingredients

 
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
 
3/4 cup sugar
 
1 cup diced celery
 
1 cup diced green pepper
 
1/4 cup diced onion
 
3 Tbsp. vinegar
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. pepper
 
1 tsp. celery seeds
 
3 Tbsp. pimentos

Directions

Drain sauerkraut in colander for 15 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch pieces with kitchen scissors; place in large mixing bpwl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
Keeps indefinitely.
