Saucy Pork Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pork roast, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sliced green pepper
3/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup cornstarch or barley flour
2 cups hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 tomatoes, sliced Soysauce
3-4 cups cooked millet
Directions
In a large skillet or wok, saute pork slices in butter or margarine.
Add green pepper and onions, and saute until crisptender.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch or barley flour with water and bouillon cubes.
Add to the skillet, and stir until thickened.
Add tomato slices and soy sauce to taste.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over cooked millet.
NOTE: Rice or other grains may be substituted for the millet.
