Saucy Meatballs In A Microwave Oven Recipe

Ingredients

 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup dairy sour cream Snipped parsley

Directions

Prepare basic meatballs except place meatballs in ungreased glass baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, milk and nutmeg.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until mixture is bubbly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and microwave 1 minute.
Garnish with parsley.

Microwave meatballs on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn them once halfway through the cooking time. Microwave on HIGH after adding the soup and milk and nutmeg, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir once halfway through cooking. I would suggest you reduce microwave power to MEDIUM after adding the sour cream and microwave for another minute or two.
