Thaw two 8-ounce packages frozen Brussels sprouts enough to separate; halve larger sprouts.
Cook following package directions; do not drain.
Add one 5-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and sliced; heat through.
Blend one 3-ounce package Neufchatel cheese, softened, and 1/4 CUP skim milk.
Add 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and dash salt; beat well.
Stir over low heat till hot.
Drain sprouts; pour sauce over.
