Ingredients

 
6 slices bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
 
3 1 pound cans baked beans in pork and molasses sauce
 
1 8 ounce can seasoned tomato sauce
 
1 cup chopped onion
 
1/2 cup catsup
 
1/4 cup brown sugar
 
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
4 drops bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions

Cook bacon till almost crisp; drain.
Combine bacon and beans; add tomato sauce, onion, catsup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Bake beans, uncovered, in 2 quart casserole or beanpot in slow oven (300°) for 3 to 5 hours.
