| Fish fillets | 1 Pound, Defrosted | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Parsley | 10 Gram | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| 1 tablespoon pickle relish | ||
Directions
Thoroughly combine crumbs, onion, crab meat, egg, lemon juice and cayenne.
Spread on fillets; roll up and secure with picks.
Arrange fillets in 8x8-in dish.
Brush with butter.
Microwave stuffed fillets at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily, rotating once.
Remove picks.
Garnish with parsley.
Combine sauce ingredients in serving dish.
