 Sirloin steak1 1/2 Pound
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed consomme
 1/4 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine
 Sliced onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sliced mushrooms1 Can (10oz), drained
 Worcestershire1 Teaspoon
 Dash dry mustard

Directions

Freeze meat 1 hour to firm (makes slicing easier); slice into very thin strips.
In skillet, cook meat in oil until color changes (about 3 to 4 minutes); pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
