Saucy Sausage Casserole Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 pound bulk pork sausage | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 (8 ounce]l can sliced water chestnuts, drained | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced almonds package | 1 , toasted | |
Directions
Cook rice mix according to package directions; set aside.
Cook sausage, ground beef, and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
Drain.
Combine meat mixture, rice, and remaining ingredients except almonds.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
