Saucy Sausage Beef Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage | ||
| Ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce | |
| 3 English muffins, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Combine milk, crumbs, and poultry seasoning.
Add sausage and beef; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties.
Brown slowly in skillet. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Drain off fat.
Stir flour and paprika into soup; gradually blend in 1 cup water.
Pour around patties; cook over medium-low heat (275°) till meat is done, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve one burger on each English muffin half.
Spoon mushroom sauce over top.
