Saucy Pork Roast Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless pork loin roast | 1 6 pound | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple can | 1 8 3/4 Ounce, crushed | |
| Dry sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 325 degree.
MAKING
2) In a shallow roasting pan, place meat and roastfor 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degree.
3) In a saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients and stir in cornstarch.
4) Cook until sauce is thick and bubbly.
SERVING
5) Serve piping hot with roast.
