Saucy Herb Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese | ||
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons CRISCO Oil | ||
| 1/4 cup chopped green onions with tops | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, milk, vinegar and oil in blender or food processor container.
Process until smooth.
Add green onions, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper and cayenne.
Process until blended.
