Saucy Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound whitefish fillets
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Topping: 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, paprika, corn flakes, toast cubes, or thin lemon slices
Directions
If using frozen fish, thaw and blot dry first.
Arrange in shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2).
Stir soup in can; pour over fish.
Top as desired.
Bake in a 400° oven 20 minutes.
