Saucy Chicken In Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| 750 g chicken tenderloins | ||
| 525 g bottled satay sauce | ||
| Onions | 2 Large | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 250 Gram, halved | |
| Basil leaves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Yogurt | 200 Milliliter | |
| Sweet chilli sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine chicken and 1/4 cup of the satay sauce in large bowl; stand 5 minutes.
Cook chicken, in batches, in large heated oiled pan until cooked through.
Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, chop onions into wedges.
Heat oil in same pan; cook onion, stirring, until soft.
Add remaining satay sauce, tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until heated through.
Return chicken to pan; stir to coat with satay sauce mixture.
Serve chicken with combined yogurt and chilli sauce.
