Chicken and Veggies in Thick Celery Sauce Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
1 tbsp oil
 
2 chicken breast boneless and diced
 
Potaotes
 
onion
 
carrot
 
Mushrooms
 
Red bell peppers
 
celery with leaf
 
1 tsp each rosemary, savoury, pepper
 
1 can of creamy celery soup
 
1/2 c chicken broth
 
1/2 c water

Directions

Heat oil in a large pan with a lid, add chicken. Keep the heat medium low, stir and cover the pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Remove the lid stir and addd potaotes, carrots, onion, mushrooms, celery, red peppers, rosemary, pepper and savoury. Then add chicken broth and water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
