Ingredients

 1 10-ounce package frozen cauliflower or cut broccoli
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Dash
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Blue cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon

Directions

In saucepan cook vegetable according to package directions; drain well.
Meanwhile, in saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Stir in cheese and mustard.
Stir in vegetable.
Heat through.
