Saucy Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-ounce package frozen cauliflower or cut broccoli | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blue cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In saucepan cook vegetable according to package directions; drain well.
Meanwhile, in saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Stir in cheese and mustard.
Stir in vegetable.
Heat through.
