Place cheese, milk and mustard in 1-cup measure.
Microwave uncovered on medium (275 watts) 30 sec [45 sec]; stir.
Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, about 15 sec longer [about 45 sec longer].
Place asparagus in 8-oz casserole [15-oz casserole].
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until hot, 45 to 60 sec [1 1/2 to 2 min].
Pour cheese mixture over top; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
