1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 T fresh parsley, finely minced
1 T black pepper
1/2 T cayenne pepper
1/2 T salt
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 T dry yellow mustard

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.Cool.
