Saucepan Fudge Crackle Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup margarine
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
In 3 quart saucepan stir butter and chocolate over low heat until melted and smooth.
Cool.
Stir in 1 cup sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and nuts until well blended.
Stir in flour mixture until blended.
Cover and chill 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough is firm enough to shape.
Roll into balls, place 2 inches apart.
Bake at 300° for 20 minutes until slightly firm to touch.
