Sauce Verte Recipe

It doesn't take a gourmet to judge how appetizing and flavorful Sauce Verte using this recipe turns out. This Sauce Verte is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Side Dish often. I cant believe you still haven't attempted to prepare my Sauce Verte recipe.

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup (125 mL) green onion tops or chives
 
1/2 cup (125 mL) parsley
 
1/2 cup (125 mL) spinach leaves, uncooked
 
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
 
1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise

Directions

Coarsely chop the green onions or chives, the parsley and spinach.
Place in food processor or blender, add the lemon juice and process until everything is in small bits.
Add to mayonnaise.
Stir well.
Keep refrigerated, well covered.
