VEGETABLE STEW RELISH Recipe
Vegetable Stew Relish is a rich and creamy sauce. This sauce accompanies just about any vegetable stew.
Ingredients
Small onion - 1
Parsley – 1 sprig
Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
Sweet pepper - 1/2
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Directions
MAKING
1. Chop onion, parsley and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar and salt.
3. Add the onions mix to it.
SERVING
4. Serve Vegetable Stew Relish in sauce boat.
