Sauce Mornay Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg to taste | ||
| Hot sauce to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine margarine and flour in skillet; simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour in cream gradually; stir until thickened.
Add cheese; blend until smooth and cheese is melted.
Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and hot sauce.
