Ingredients

| Dry white wine | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded | |

| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon, strained |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat oil and saute finely chopped onions until soft not brown
2. Add wine and stir to a boil and reduce over a high flame till almost evapourated
3. Add scalded cream, stir till completely blended; simmer for five minutes
4. Stain it through a fine sieve and season with salt and pepper
SERVING
5. Add lemon juice and serve
