Ingredients

 Butter1 Ounce
 Onion1 Small
 Dry white wine1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
 Salt and pepper1
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon, strained

Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat oil and saute finely chopped onions until soft not brown
2. Add wine and stir to a boil and reduce over a high flame till almost evapourated
3. Add scalded cream, stir till completely blended; simmer for five minutes
4. Stain it through a fine sieve and season with salt and pepper

SERVING
5. Add lemon juice and serve
