Sauce Remoulade Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Pint | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle or gherkin | ||
| 1 dessertspoon finely chopped capers | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Dash of Worcestershire or anchovy sauce | ||
| Whipped cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cream, mix well.
Stir in cream.
Stir in cream.
