Ingredients
| Peppercorns | 8 To taste, crushed | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup brown sauce or leftover thickened gravy | ||
| Red currant jelly | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Mix together peppercorns and vinegar and simmer, uncovered, until reduced to one-quarter cup.
2. Add brown sauce and simmer one-half hour. Add jelly. Strain.
