 Peppercorns8 To taste, crushed
 Vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup brown sauce or leftover thickened gravy
 Red currant jelly2 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Mix together peppercorns and vinegar and simmer, uncovered, until reduced to one-quarter cup.
2. Add brown sauce and simmer one-half hour. Add jelly. Strain.
