Sauce Italian Recipe
Ingredients
| Shallot | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Tomatoes - 2 , peeled, seeded, and chopped | ||
| Marsala | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce Espagnole - 1/2 cup) | |
| Mushrooms | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Sauce Espagnole - 1/2 cup) | |
| Cooked ham | 2 Tablespoon, finley diced (Sauce Espagnole - 1/2 cup) | |
| Glace-de-viande or meat extract - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Parsley sprigs - few, chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.In a saucepan, cook shallots, wine and tomatoes until tomatoes are tender and the mixture reduces to half of the original.
2.Put sauce Espagnole, mushroom, ham and tomato paste in it and let the mixture boil.
3.Cook the ingredients for 5 minutes.
4.Put glace- de- viande and parsley.
SERVING
5.Use the sauce as desired.
