| 1 medium-sized onion, minced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Generous pinch of tarragon, thyme, and chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix olive oil, wine vinegar, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, tarragon, thyme, and parsley.
2.Stir well.
