Sauce Caviar Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Commercial sour cream - 1/2 cup | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| MSG - 1/8 teaspoon | ||
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion salt - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Caviar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cognac | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly, but gently.
2) Allow to stand for minimum 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
3) Refrigerate the sauce, until required.
SERVING
4) Use the Sauce Caviar as required, or serve with broiled shrimp and lobsters.
