 Olive oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic2 Tablespoon, minced
 Pepper flakes1/3 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
 Soft bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chili powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Anchovy paste2 Teaspoon
 Tomato Paste1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Sherry vinegar2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. In a medium skillet heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil over moderate heat. Add garlic, pepper flakes, tomato, and bread crumbs. Saute 3 minutes. Add chili powder and saute an additional 2 minutes.
2. Transfer mixture to food processor or blender. Add anchovy paste, tomato paste, and sherry vinegar. Blend until smooth. With motor running, add remaining olive oil very slowly, blending to make a thick sauce.
